Did you come home last night with an addition idea sketched on a cocktail napkin? Don’t laugh. Hercules Construction has built many additions from a simple sketch. We are allied with a talented and experienced architect who can translate your sketch or idea and blend it perfectly into your existing structure. All heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical and load bearing requirements will be correctly calculated. Structure dimensions and features, along with utility connections, will be designed to meet all codes and ordinances. Demolition (our “biz talk” for knocking a hole in your wall) will be carefully done, with special care taken to minimize disruption of your daily routine, assuring a hassle free experience. Hercules Construction will be, of course, very happy to work with an architect of your choice.
The Hercules Construction design process is not one that just takes your sketch and comes back later with a complete plan. Our concept of total communication rules the entire process. At each juncture, you will be consulted to assure that the plan is matching your vision. Changes, additions or deletions will not be arbitrarily done and unmentioned. Should they appear, unforeseen issues will be fully discussed and resolved, immediately, before blueprints are changed. Building materials, fixtures, appliances, cabinets and other features will be double checked to assure their quality, cost and final placement are correct before they are ordered for timely delivery. Your questions and comments will always be addressed promptly.
